I forgive my father

I forgive my father
despite the burden which befell my mother
I don't hate my father
I don't love him either
I forgive my father
though i dont share him with my brothers
he left me stranded
as a young boy ,I'm empty handed
I use to blame my mother
for it seems she didn't bother
and i thought she didn't care
for her to talk about him was quite rare
I dont know my father
i dont know who are his brothers
and i don't wanna burden my mother
about someone who dont even matter
he was never around to teach me a lot
like how to talk to girls of all sorts
or how to carry myself as a man
but im here,doing all that i can

i forgive the man that he is
i didn't want a life of bliss
just someone to call daddy
but i guess for him being a father..he wasn't ready
