I can thank you for all the times I woke up & my eyes opened...
I thank you that I can think, smell, taste & that I spoke up my mind, scoping...
For all the reasons that I can thank you for...
After I thought of it all, there's always unknown reasons to thank you more.
I can thank you for this life I live & air I breathe.
I can thank you for good health, just a few a scares that flee.
I can thank you for the athleticism I possess & the strength I got...
...& for all the meals I ate, clothes I wear & last night's bed I topped.
I can thank you for the screening results & how they came back negative.
I can thank you that I've never been vaccinated, not out of humane negligence.
I can thank you for the times I've had no one to talk to, I have a saviour to pray to.
I have eternal instructions I can read, & a talent I can improve & make do.
I have a cellphone I can use, like a portable laptop.
I have access to influencers I can get inspiration from, a motivational backdrop.
And since I'm not in competition with anyone, I remain different from the pack.
The only way I wish to compete, I can appreciate the creator & give more thanks.
I can thank the most high, for simple things that many people take for granted.
An air conditioned room, a comfortable chair, relaxed without feeling frantic.
I'm not under any pressure to sabotage or take another person down.
I don't have to legally represent a group of guilty people, karma's always around.
I don't have to stalk anybody, or track their location.
I don't have to bribe, influence or coerce any organization.
I'm not under some type of control, that makes me want to leech off another soul.
My life is my business & I own, the last say on how this unfolds.
I was created, in the image of the creator, therefore I reflect.
I'm not a copycat or follower, authenticity can't be bargained with, no bets.
