TIP: if adjustment screw on carburetor of atv/ motorcycle is located on intake side of carb it meeters fuel, so turning it in liens the mix out (cuts down fuel increases air flow mixture) and turning it out enriches fuel and cuts down air mix. ..-if adjustment screw is on the air cleaner side of carb you turn it out to lien it and in for enriching.... 2: How to properly adjust pilot air mix screw. : warm engine up to operating temperature, make sure idle is set low ,under 1000 rpms. turn mixture screw all the way in but not tight or damage to tip of screw may occur. back it out between 11/2 to 2 turns or factory setting, turning screw all the way in while idling should stall engine if not than pilot jet to big to much fuel .downsize . and sharp pointed pilot screw indicates fuel adjust and dull tip indicates air adjust. when backing the fuel mix screw engine idle should increase ..if not a different size of pilot jet is needed . ...remember seafoam rocks in your engine 💯 my stupid cop calling inbred neighbors suck ass and ...they just gotta go ‼️🤬 it's 8:15 pm Saturday I'm going outside to tune my quad runner engine and I can tell you for damn sure they will call the cops. here's the thing that's bizzare ..my neighbors are 3 gun happy alcoholic assholes . 2 are in there mid 30s and the other around 55 years old he's the father of the 2 other guys. the mom is maybe 40 or so years old at most but for the past 2 years she has been in prison for embezelment fraud and stealing prescription drugs from elderly folks . she has a sentence of 8 years . they drive huge loud ford diesel pickups with loud barking hunting dogs and like to shoot cats that happen in their yard or skunks or whatever somtimes they just go outside and fire off the rifles drunk at night random they hide behind the curtains at in the house pointing guns at me and my family so I'm told because this is somthing they like to brag about at the bar .and these motherfuckers call cops on us for the music being to loud in the day time or for idling the jeep in my driveway warming it up to defrost windshield. wouldn't you know it if the intelligent hero cops show up and tell us to shut the engine off find alternative way to defrost windows if they get another call we get ticket.....? duh really that's lame . and absolutely illegal
