By Simeon Austin David Pangu
I have a name, it's mine alone,
A label to call my own,
It's a symbol of who I am,
A representation of my home.
My name is not just a word,
But a story, a history,
Of my family, my culture,
And my identity.
It's been passed down through the years,
From father to child,
A link to the past,
And a connection to the wild.
My name is not just a sound,
But a feeling, a meaning,
Of pride, of belonging,
And of self-esteem.
It's been called out in joy,
And in sorrow,
Through laughter, and tears,
My name will be here tomorrow.
So call me by my name,
Respect it, embrace it,
For it's a part of who I am,
And I'll always claim it.
