I have faith in me

I have never been this low.
I’ve hit rock bottom no place to go
I hit the bottom landing on my head
Was out cold didn’t even have a bed
I let money power and fame
Get to me and I went down in flames
Now I sit here on rock bottom and all I do is mope
If I did that on top there would be no hope
I would surely just shrivel and die
if I just sit here and cry
I have faith in me
Faith can move mountains you see
If I don’t ever give it a try
On this cold hardground I will surely die
How will I ever know if I can survive
I’m still breathing walking I’m still alive

You start to climb one step at a time
Higher and higher you climb
You get discouraged halfway there
You cant breathe and no one cares
Then you stand up and show your pride
By taking step by step you climb in stride
With your head held high
You yelled there is no quit in me I’m climbimg up to the sky

I fell many time
I dropped to my knees cleaning the floor looking for dimes
There is no quit in me
I’m a stubborn old man the only way I know how to be
You can kick me down
you can kick me back to the ground
I won’t quit to the top is my goal to achieve
Trust my skills and I really truly believe
I learned my lesson and no one can deceive
