I lied to her

At work today
I saw her,
She who has entraced me.
She who has captured my heart
She, who I wish that I could hold at night. Feel the warmth of her skin while we both sleep. She, who if I I would ever have a chance, I would become a slave to her voice.
She, who I wish could know the taste of her lips.
She, who's caramel skin, makes my blood boil.
But today was different
While in lunch
She out of nowhere decided to eat with me.
We engaged in a conversation.
Then she asked me something I was not expecting.
" So tell me, do you have a girl? "
I replied, " no "
She asked," why? "
I replied, " Because the one girl I have a crush on, is taken".
She said " oohhhh really thats interesting"
How so? I asked.
She lowered she head, and with a smile began to nodded.
Basically say, no reason.
I, began telling her.
That the one who has taken my heart, is taken.
The one who I consider truly beautiful, is taken
I told her, that on those rainy day. I consider myself jeolous of the rain, in how each drop of water, is lucky to fall on her lips.
I told her, while from distance
she has become my muse. Bringing me inspiration, when normally I have nothing to write. Before my pen through my hand bled, but never form words.
She now curiously asked" Do I know her?"
I had to reply " no "
I lied to her.
I could've of told her, there, then, at that moment
that it was her.
Her of who I tend to dream of when Im not sleeping.
She is the one I wish I could hold in my embrace, while getting lost in her eyes,
I could've easly told her, that I've been smitten with her grace, style, elegance and beauty.
But she is taken.
So I lied.
So when she asked " Do I know her? "
I lied.
I had to say "no"
Then after that
she said, "Is that girl's lost not having me in her life"
I just smiled.
And replied " No. That the girl is too good for me. I stand no chance with her. And I just hope one day, I could be worthy enough to ever get with a girl like that."
She smiled and changed the topic.
I lied. So I lied.
I will have to lie and wait. Until the moment she is no longer taken.
