I felt the tears falling down my cheeks.
I really had a hard time to speak.
But you always knew how to make me feel like myself again.
Because through all the hurt, you are my friend.
So, I played every sad song on my playlist.
I sang every song out of tune, but those were the days I missed.
Like the good old days, you would take me in your arms.
And keep me safe from harm.
But, I realized without you,
Where would I be.
Sometimes, I miss those feelings of being free.
With being free, you get kind of lonely.
But with you, you also get me.
That's when I realized I really am free.
