I stay proud of myself.
For that little moment
when I broke down
Hoping nobody saw me
In that fragile moment of mine
while I was trying to
Recollect those lost fragments
of my life fading away
For trusting myself and
Rising back smiling again
Like nothing ever went wrong
For pretending to be so strong
Even though the hurt was stabbing
Me straight into the heart
I stay proud of myself
For I never fell apart!
