I will marry a poetess,
Whose words are like gentle caresses,
With a voice that's soft and sweet,
Her rhymes make my heart skip a beat.
She writes of love and life with grace,
Her lines, a work of art and space,
Her words paint pictures in my mind,
Of love, hope and a life so kind.
Together we'll create a world,
Filled with beauty, love unfurled,
With poems that sing our love's story,
Of two hearts, forever in glory.
In her eyes, I see the skies,
And in her smile, a million lights,
With her by my side, I am whole,
Together, our love will never grow old.
So I will marry this poetess,
And live a life of happiness,
With each other, our love will grow,
In poetry, our love will forever flow.
