I swear if I'm living the dream,
I wouldn't dare to go to sleep
on a prayer to share with the man
upstairs upon a thought to spare
of possibly waking up in the horror
of a nightmare because I'm already
sleepwalking in a deep dream
within a sad reality where I'm well
aware that nobody will be there
with a heart to spare when I wake up
with love to share, so it would be a hell
of a scare waking up in a nightmare,
considering the dream I'm living in is
already unfair, because I swear if I'm
living the dream, I wouldn't dare to go
to sleep on a prayer to share with the
man upstairs upon a thought to spare
of possibly waking up in the horror of
a nightmare where nobody cares,
