If I ever stepped on your toe
With much force like an elephant
Trampled on it to cause pain
Left you with ripe flesh like tomato
I beg for your forgiveness.
If at any time of our lives
I ever went overboard
I crossed the line to your side
Showed you an ugly picture
I ask for pardon,it wasn't intentional.
If I ever happen to hurt you
Sliced into small pieces your trust
Pierced several holes in your heart
Scratched your soul and left tattoos
I'm on my knees, have mercy on me.
I know I've inflicted many people
A lot of pain and suffering
I lost my humanity and kindness
Turned into a beast so wild
I wish I can get a chance to do good.
I don't know if I'll ever get a chance
To nurse the wounds I caused
To mend the hearts I broken
To correct my mistakes
To heal the souls I hurt.
In case I don't see tomorrow
Don't hold my soul in captivity
I wish I'd correct them before I go
But if it will be impossible
Don't allow me lead to eternal condemnation.
