If I could sing a song with a Melody so sweet that if it were tasted it would make my life complete
but somehow I do not have that voice to carry a tune
in life it's not so easy when I close my eyes and try to imagine that all is well with my soul
but it is not
I have heartache and sorrow and sadness and pain
if I could sing a song to make it all go away then maybe it would be easy the face another day I'm not complaining I'm just speaking my truth
how can anyone sit in Judgment of another when you don't really have any proof that the one you are judging is not as good as you
if I could sing a song it would tell of Love's ups and downs and how sometimes I wish I had someone to call my own around if I could sing a song and generate World Peace and make hatred a thing of the past somehow then I would know that all trials and tribulations would be worth any anguish that I might endure
if I could sing a song with a melody so sweet that it would cure all diseases then maybe I would find peace Within my soul
