I'd have been tired of me by now,

Mine would be destined for hell.
If I followed my own advice,
I wouldn't be hurt again,
If I listened to the teacher in me,
I would be a first class student of love,
If I had ccepted to save myself,
I wouldn't be in the same hole too many times.
