If it could talk.

'All you do is squawk,
what a gawk?
Take a walk.'
If only the mirror could talk,
maybe it would quitch about,
how shrieky and whinny i am,
how narcissistic i am,
how disrespectful i am.
Perhaps it would be joyous,
that finally it gets to give its opinion,
that I won't have to single-handedly make a decision,
in an arbitration.
Maybe it would whisper to me and say,
Don't be petrified to strip,
it's not over if you slip,
I'll board with you on this ship,
'cause I can't let you flip
on my watch.
Maybe, Just maybe,
it would say;
'cmon, you can do it all dear,
your secret is safe with me, don't fear.
