That what you experienced wasn't normal, that you were only a child. A being of light carved from the universe, placed on this planet to be protected.
At least that was how it was intended...
Sadly you was treated as a screen that others would project their opinions, agendas, and insecurities upon.
Your boundaries were not respected, your emotions invalidated, your purity unprotected...
If Only You were Aware...
You were worthy of affection, You deserved true recognition, You were entitled to think as a child. It wasn't your time to put away childish things...
You didn't need to prove that you were precious, for the creator appointed you as royalty that was your destiny.
If Only You had Seen...
How those around you where so jealous of your little light they cowered, for its shine was so bright it aggravated the darkness in their mind.
They Saw your Worth... They Knew who You are... They were Aware of your Destiny....
So they became your enemy.... Disguised as Friends and Family.
