Sometimes I'm lost in the past, trying to fix things that had already been broken.
My broken past ,the depressing thoughts,my silent yells all welling up to the oceans I hold today.
I keep hearing voices from my memory box and it makes me feel nothing but sadness.
Now I'm letting them go, I'm building myself, I'm building my fallen castle within.
I'm not going to let my past shape my future, I've got a vision to actualise and I'm going to erase the sadness I feel.
This has compelled me to use my story to make a change,many MES are out there gasping for air and I'm going to fix me to help them.
I'm not giving up on me and I'm not giving up on the people that needs me.
