She's across from me in chemo
Cancer has bitten her
Tough she I've yet to know
I'll keep her in my prayers,
It appears no matter the age
We've all been cancer bitten
My is in the third stage
I'll keep them all in my prayers,
Slowly I get my medical records
Build a file inches deep
This I do by my own accord
These for years I shall keep.
One must know the enemy
That's so taken hold
Deep inside of me
Being humble and still bold.
She's across the room
In constant infusion we be
I pray she beats the demon
That redides within she.
