I hate being lockdown
it feels like chains
outside it rapidly spreads
leaving me with strains
covid is my enemy
I hate it alot
stifling me with masked clot
and the ranks on the top.
I can't hug my best friend
or stand close
my favourite place is lockdown
because I didn't wear a mask on my nose
