I am ugly and I know it
My face looks horrible and I know it
My clothes are torn and tattered
My body looks dirty and dusty
My humble plea to pass is my wish
Out of ten thousand stood the one
Not looking at my pale and ugly face
Never wanting me to be sad and frowned
Always looking above the dirt and dust
Ready every day to make my wishes real
Although hurt and in pain,
My joy and smile, she made her priority
Even though we lacked, my joy she wants to afford everytime.
Whenever she feels the tears coming out, she forces smiles from the deep
My Momma is forever
She is my diamond because they are forever
Whatever I achieve today, Momma is the greatest motivation.
I wish she sees me in clean clothes one day.
Never forgetting how much I love her.
