It's been a while
Since the last time I felt
As time pass by
Numbness took over
What is my health
I was taught in life
Not to talk about heartbreak

Lost deep in thoughts
Losing sleep overthinking
Smoking cigarettes reminiscing
At night heavy drinking
Just to find out my pride hides
When it hears my soul is screaming
The Pain from lost cause
What is to be known as
The price cost of love
Should of step back
Never to get involved
When I saw the red flags
Hearing the Alarms going off
Now look at how far
I've come along
Through the dark of nights
I've seen the moonlight
