She sat there in shock to find out that the cancer is back.
She went through years of recovery but now her heart feels all black.
They told her if it comes back again, there is nothing they can do.
She has been in and out of remission, so were there words really true.
She has been in and out of hospitals most of her life.
She still carries all the burdens and strife.
She has heard so much information that her mind gets boggled up.
When can a girl say that she's had enough.
She's lost touch with a lot of family members and most of her friends.
Because when she was going through her worst pain, no sympathy did anyone send.
She figures if they leave her at her worst, they don't deserve her at her best.
So many of them has failed her test.
Now she is gonna die,
And there will be no tears to cry.
At her lowest peak in life, she lay there alone.
The only communication she had was whoever she wanted on her cellphone.
Her pulse was slowing down,
And there was not one person around.
Within minutes, her heart stopped and nobody was there to identify who she was.
Nobody had made a fuss,
She was identified as Miss Doe,
She was buried into the plot, where it was the unmarked spot.
Maybe one day someone will claim her as their own.
A song goes off on her playlist, maybe she was not alone.
