My sunny days have disappeared
Now the storm seems very clear
Gloominess, and the darkest array
The black cloud follows with rainy days
Shadows start to blend with in the night
And won't appear again until the light
But when will the light shine once again
When will it shine down and help me mend,
I'm broken inside,
It's what brought on this night
I need to let go, free myself from the pain
But depression is harder,
when you feel nothing but shame,
Happiness feels so hard to reach for
That you give up on the concept
And don't search anymore
And that's when your day turns into the night
And the Darkness takes over what once was your light,
And it's hard to go back
It'll never be the same
Now you look at your life,
through that small window pane,
And you wish that the darkness
Would just fade away
So you can finally see your sunnier day
