Iron Lady

In her prime
She swayed her hips
Flocks of men, galiant men came in awe of her beauty.
Just as nature
Time took its toll
And age became vivid on the borders of her skin
She's been through hell
And back
Picked bones with the devil himself yet she survived.
Time squeezed strength from her muscles
Though she stood faintly
She never bent her knees.
Oh! What strength she possesses.
In sorrow she buried her offspring
Inhaled her pain as oxygen
And exhale hurt as carbondioxide.
No time to mourn her loss
Hit by the whips of her economy
She gather strength from unpleasant memories to thrive.
She ate her sorrow as her daily bread and drank her tears to quench her thirst
Oh such strength she possessed
Strength of a melaninian Queen
Who wears her crown no matter how tilted.
I've seen no woman like her.
She watch her children strangle each other's throats for spoils they gather from aids.
Age is written in the veins of her borders and on the thighs of her shores.
Her heart is broken as her one time admirers now sneer and taunts her aged beauty.
Still she wears her scars with pride
And stands up eighth though she fell seventh.
She's got hope to rise again.
