Irony, such a paradoxical word right?
It turns great tragedies to humour and slight.
So then whats the most painful irony?
one that plagues all, her him you and me.
Its when you fall, so blessedly obsessed,
with that one person who you confessed,
you will chase to the worlds end,
doesn't even consider you a friend.
It's then this morbid irony laughs in your face,
as the colour fades leaving but a scarlet menace,
laughing so hard you can no longer see,
well you have to admit the irony.
