what hearing my name does to you
What effect it still has

even think you hear my voice

Searching for the source of the voice,
Hoping it's me?

What you do when I walk behind you
And you think you see my reflection
In the surface in front of you

Hoping to get even the
smallest glimpse of the actual me?
Or do you just close your eyes?
What you do when you think
you smell my perfume
Does that smell still bring back memories?
Do you plug your nose
Waiting for it to go away?
Or do you just hope that
Someone else uses the same perfume?
