i got to excited,
i bought a new dress
and matched it with my old
but favorite scarlet shoes
i got too excited,
i got my hair done,
i killed that afro ,straightened
my hair and got my self a ponytail
i got too excited
that i went out to celebrate
bieng single, but i guess you
enjoy clipping my wings
every time i say goodbye to you
you seem to find your way into
my heart again
