It's always a struggle, as to who is in charge. The employers always want feedback to better themselves, but pay no attention, to the soldiers on the frontlines. It's always a struggle, with people who rather show their dicks, to act like their in charge, but shooting themselves in the foot, to how they handle their business. Always preaching about a two way street, but full of shit as to how to enforce it.
It's always a struggle, to stay in love when so many are in your business, trying to give their opinions, and you wonder why muthafuckas would rather steal than be honest, cause it's so much shit to deal with, but on the streets you already know. So many loopholes and hurdles to jump over, wondering if I'm a monkey putting on a show. But, to God who sits on high, and looks down low, I know he'll be the one to raise me up.
