It's okay not to be okay,
To feel lost and unsure each day,
To struggle with doubts and fears,
To shed a few tears.
Life can be tough and unforgiving,
And sometimes it feels like we're barely living,
But know that you're not alone,
And you don't have to face it on your own.
It's okay to ask for help,
To reach out to someone and yelp,
To share your burden and pain,
And let them help you stay sane.
It's okay to take a break,
To step back and reevaluate,
To focus on yourself and your needs,
And let yourself heal and be freed.
So don't be afraid to admit,
That you're not feeling quite fit,
Because we all have our moments of gray,
And it's okay not to be okay.
