If your outside you can't ignore the rain,
Like me inside this head my perpetuated pain.
Never again will I know how it feels,
To not feel my pain in the rain, it's the rain, it's the rain,
A million drops of water cover the skin,
To me they become the years of what has been,
Drying only just enough to begin to feel warm,
Only to have downpour all over again,
If your outside you can't ignore the rain,
And if you happen to be me the rain is all that remain.
My pain in the rain, it's the rain, it's just the rain.
