Jealousy, a monster within,
It feeds on insecurities and sin,
It twists and turns, a venomous thing,
Tainting every thought, every feeling.
It creeps and crawls, deep inside,
Turning love and kindness to hide,
Leaving bitterness and resentment,
A heart consumed, a mind tormented.
Release me from this ugly beast that hangs over me.
