A calm night
The fog runs through
In the morning
The grass will have some dew
Soothing time
Maybe a car or two
Sit down to write
A poem or maybe a few
Transport trucks
Pass randomly
Delivering goods
So consistently
Birds now chirping
Saying rise and shine
They will sing proudly
Wake up it's that time
Sunrise will start
In just a little while
Everybody get up!
His reach goes out for miles
Another day ahead
Another night left behind
The sun and the birds
Saying today will be fine
