I was told love at first sight happened mostly in the night,
But,
Mine happened in the brightest light,
And,
It just felt right.
Strode 'round the pave walks,
Free from all the trauma and drama, maybe
Just for today.
Bopped my head to my favourite song,
Wished I could feel this way all day long,
It really felt right.
Ran like a maniac on steroids,
Captured every moment like a Polaroid camera , but
Something felt unseemly absurd,
It felt like the perfect eyes were drilling holes right into my soul,
Oh! It just felt so right.
Raised my head, and
I was clouded by the most striking eyes,
Blinked a couple of times, but
Those eyes, felt like a magnetic pull,
Kept drawing me to another dimension till I got lost in its spectrum,
I was blindsided by this spiritual eyes,
Watched me like a night owl,
This situation felt uncannily out of place,
I still felt intrigued.
Mesmerised by this foreign being,
I really got hypnotised,
My legs having a mind of its own,
Walked to this drop dead being,
On getting there,
I was snapped out of my trance.
It all felt right for a minute,
Really wished it lasted for hours.
