Just saw Boris is in intensive care
This all so sad, what a nightmare
Got to ride it out, send love be brave, dont pout
Stay in high vibration, listen to your hesitation
Only update every couple of days
Think of this as a Free ticket to laze
Keep mind active, don't be reactive
Stay indoors, do avoided chores
You'll feel good once done, then find fun
Get creative, stay positive
Read books paint draw write
Sew cook gardeners delight
I dont know who you are or where
But get some sun, some air

I am so grateful right now...I have never had as much compassion and empathy for the world as I do now, writing this poem. I have met Italian, French, American, Canadian people, beautiful people, since Corona started getting bad. Some cant even go for a walk or get sun, but they know it's best to stay. They have seen worse than Oz. After updating myself, being witness. For those that have loved ones that have passed I feel for you so much, those in Medical & on other front lines too.
There's been disasters...very recent fires and other disasters...we have just wanted to do something to help. This time we can help and it is simple stay home. We are in a war zone, lives have been lost & so so many more are at stake. We all have a job to do!
Watching the news will create monsters of fear based thoughts. Just get creative. Become the person you want to hang with maybe?
