On the beach and in peace are we
The waves sing a song for lovers
And the wind caresses the palm tree
Yet not ever alone, just you and me
Or at the lakesides' edge we gaze
Into our future of many more days
Our hearts tied for the long ride
Together forever enjoying the ride
And we have challenged today looking back is all but free
Where we are or have been
It'll always be, just you and me
