Like sunrise touching the edge of the sea,
And somehow every small conversation
Leaves a bigger mark on me.
I don’t know everything about you yet,
But maybe that’s the beauty of it all,
Learning your smile, your thoughts, your silence,
Watching little moments slowly fall into place.
There’s something calm about your presence,
Something warm I can’t explain,
Like my heart recognizes your energy
Before my mind can find the name.
And maybe we are still at the beginning,
Just two souls learning the way,
But I’d be lying if I said
I don’t look forward to hearing from you each day.
So for now, I’ll keep it simple,
No pressure, no rushing the view,
Just a genuine heart being honest —
