Opening my eyes for the very first time,
Finally seeing, and being, judged for my crime
Never learned my lesson, was being so naive,
Took advantage of living my life careless, and free
Forgiveness, is way past due,
But I wouldn't forgive me if I were you
Cant expect to always get my way
Not caring about the consciences that could happen each day
Sooner or later it will catch up to all of us,
And your freedom will no longer be, something we can discuss
So learn while you can,
Don't take everything so lightly
Don't be blind, open your eyes, and make yourself see
Karma is real, and it comes back to us ten fold
You could either be digging through the trash
Or the one who is winning the gold,
Choose your fate, don't try to not see the truth
'Cause whether you care or don't, karma (good or bad) will catch up to you
