In the land of Kenya, injustice reigns
A nation torn by societal pains
Poverty rampant, wealth is scarce
The divide between rich and poor, hard to bear
Corruption in every corner, impunity rules
Those in power, treat the rest like fools
The rights of the people, often ignored
Injustice and inequality, leave many feeling floored
Police brutality, a common sight
Tear gas and batons used with might
Protests met with violence, and deaths
A struggle for justice, taking deep breaths
Tribalism divides, and hate prevails
Politicians manipulate, and justice fails
A system that's broken, needs to be fixed
To fight for justice, the people are mixed
Hope lingers on, with voices raised
Standing together, justice will be praised
The fight for a better Kenya, never ends
For justice, peace, and love, we are friends.
