My musical taste is a killer you see
I'm talking about romance as there's no changing me
A lady my age will expect Radio 3
But It's more like 1 Extra or Kisstory for me.
I really can't help my musical taste
Liking just old stuff is not where I'm based
A long time ago it was top of the pop
but now it's some grime or maybe Hip-hop
Because of all this some say I am mad
but I don't think embracing the new Is that bad
There's a hell of a lot of good music out there
But It's not all about Englebert The Monkees and Cher
I'm happy enough with the music I play
Although there's a chance It'll scare her away
I can't find a woman who listens to rap
But look on the bright side It may be a trap.
