I'm starting to sense some impending relief
Now that the last few days have passed
Emotionally, the turmoil has subsided
But I stillI can't seem to get past the damage that's been done
My heart still needs some healing
And I need to tread my next steps carefully
The green-eyed monster has retreated to her lair
