late night reflections

Bob Marley was once questioned,
About a perfect woman, he reckoned.
His response, wise and profound,
Perfection is not the goal he found.
For even the moon, with craters adorn,
Imperfect, yet its beauty is sworn.
The sea, salty and dark below,
Still captivating, its wonders show.
And the sky, vast but often clouded,
Still a sight that leaves us astounded.
So, beauty resides in the unique,
Every woman can make someone's heart speak.
Forget the pursuit of perfection's façade,
Live freely, doing what you love, unclad.
Impressing others holds no worth,
Embrace your own value, your own birth.
God doesn't match dreams to any account,
It's faith, not money, that counts.
No need to fret if you can't see,
The best decisions sometimes come surreptitiously.
Stay resilient, hold on and believe,
The hardest choices can help us achieve.
Legends say the ages of sixteen to twenty-three,
Are filled with loss, mistakes, and uncertainty.
Yet, these years build strength and resilience,
A pivotal time, filled with brilliance.
The difference between liking and loving,
Buddha explained with wisdom forthcoming.
Liking a flower means plucking it away,
But to love, watering it daily we must convey.
Understanding this truth unveils life's art,
Nurturing love from the depths of our heart.
