You heard people say
go with the flow.
Listen to the still small voice
down deep in your soul.
Make no wrong choices
your reality your responsibility.
In this world people don’t like to hear the word NO.
They’ll push you as far as they want you to go.
Saying NO is not a crime.
It’s okay to say NO.
to someone you love,a friend,a parent or child.
It is okay to say NO to a job, a boss or even a relationship.
It is natural to want love, and be
accepted by all,
But if there comes a time when the answer is NO,
you need to put down your fear.
Dont let it grab your success'
be okay to utter it.
Even when the situation is a mess,
even when it hurts someone's feelings,
even if you're judged and ostracized.
It is okay to say NO to a person who's romantically interested in you.
It is okay to say NO to anyone and anything that causes you pain or makes you uncomfortable.
You are allowed to put yourself first.
You are allowed to set limits and boundaries.
Everything around has good and bad,
you deserve to make your happiness and well being a priority
You don’t ever have to settle for something or someone that doesn’t feel right.
You definitely don’t have to compromise yourself for the sake of making other people happy.
You have to take care of yourself, and if that means saying NO, it's more than okay.
