Left out

You said I was the one you needed, the one you wanted to be with. You said I made you feel alive, that I brought light into your life. But now, you're back with him, the one you said was holding you back.
I'm left standing here, wondering what went wrong. Did I not love you enough? Was I not enough for you? You said I was your everything, but I guess that was just a lie.
I'm trying to understand, but it's hard to see why you'd go back to someone who didn't make you happy. You said they did, but I know what you told me. I'm left feeling confused, hurt, and left out.
You moved on so quickly, like I meant nothing to you. Like our time together was just a phase. I'm left to pick up the pieces of my heart, to try and move on from the love we shared.
I wish you happiness, even if it's not with me. I hope you find what you're looking for, even if it's not what I thought we had. I'll always remember the way you made me feel, the way you said you loved me.
My mind keeps wandering back to the memories we made, the laughter we shared, the promises you whispered in my ear. I thought our love was real, but I guess it was just a fleeting feeling, a momentary lapse of sanity.
I'm left to wonder if I was just a distraction, a way to pass the time until you got back with him. Did you ever truly feel the way you said you did, or was it all just a ruse to keep me hooked? I'm left with more questions than answers, and it's eating away at me.
I try to focus on the present, to move on with my life, but it's hard when every song, every smell, every place reminds me of you. I'm left to navigate the ruins of our love, to pick up the pieces of my shattered heart.
You said you needed time, that you needed to figure things out. But it seems like you figured it out, and I'm not part of the equation. I'm left to deal with the aftermath, to heal the wounds you inflicted.
I'll get through this, I'll move on, but for now, I'm stuck in this limbo, reliving the memories, replaying the what-ifs. I'm left out, left behind, and left to wonder what could've been.
As time goes on, I'll learn to let go, to release the grip you had on my heart. I'll find new love, new laughter, and new memories to replace the old. I'll rise above the heartache, and I'll emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
But for now, I'll take a moment to acknowledge the pain, to feel the weight of being left out. I'll allow myself to grieve the loss of what we had, to mourn the future we never got to build.
You may have moved on, but I'll take my time. I'll heal, I'll grow, and I'll find my way again. I'll rediscover who I am outside of our love, and I'll learn to love myself once more.
I'll rise from these ashes, and I'll shine brighter than before. I'll find someone who loves me for who I am, someone who won't leave me for someone else. And when I do, I'll look back on our story and smile, knowing that it taught me valuable lessons about love, heartache, and resilience.
