Let me

When will you let me be me? So tired of the I wear. Tired of the man you say I need to be. Some judge me by the man i can never be. And forget the this wasn't always me. Once happy and full of belief. But now a husk that just want to be left be.
When will you let me be free? Free of the pain no matter how much you disagree. Why must I live when it is you that made not want to flee? I loved you so fully and truly I could never foresee.
When you call and say I am not what you need. And that you needed to be freed. It make one thing known the pain is guaranteed. And no matter how I plead and beg for you to let me I must concede.
So when will you let me? Let me let go. And feel the sweet release? When can I let this sorrow decrease? When I know I will never know peace. Begging to be labeled decease.
As the pain is clarified. And the sorrow is set aside. And I lay beside the pictures of that which I loved and yet now horrified. The only answer is suicide.
