Let Me Introduce Myself (This Might Get Awkward)
Okay....
so… hi.
I’m not great at introductions,
which is ironic
because I’ve been rehearsing this
in my head
for like… three days.
I watch anime.
Like… a lot.
Don’t ask for recommendations
unless you’re ready
for a full presentation
with rankings, themes,
and unnecessary emotional attachment.
Also.....
I’m a geek.
Not the cool mysterious type
the “I will explain something
no one asked about
with passion” type.
And before we continue
let me just say this boldly:
I think Biggie was better than 2Pac.
Yeah, I said it.
I stand by it.
I will defend it.
Respectfully…
but passionately.
I’m also a sucker for Manchester United
which basically means
I have trust issues
and emotional endurance.
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
Like… visibly.
Like you can probably tell
how I feel about you
before I even say anything.
Which is a problem.
But also…
kind of my brand.
And don’t cancel me for this
but I think Naruto is overrated.
I mean, it’s good
just… relax.
Not everything needs
500 episodes and childhood trauma.
Anyway....
I overthink everything.
I turn small moments
into deep reflections.
I can be talking about business
one minute,
then writing poetry
like I just got my heart broken
in the next.
I love deeply.
Sometimes too deeply.
Like I didn’t come with a volume knob
just maximum settings.
And yeah,
I act like I have things figured out…
but half the time
I’m just guessing confidently.
But here’s the thing
even with all the awkward,
all the random opinions,
all the overthinking…
I’m real.
And if I like you,
you’ll know.
Probably too early.
Probably too clearly.
So yeah
That’s me.
A little chaotic,
a little corny,
a little too honest…
But I promise
never boring.
