Dear Soldier,
I hope you are doing fine. I know the battlefield is not a walk in the park. I am sorry that I barely acknowledge what you do for me. Just so you know, I regard you with a lot of respect and I appreciate all your efforts. While am at home enjoying my freedom you are at the front line of war ensuring that am safe. While am sleeping as a baby warm in my bed, you are out in the cold and hardly asleep. Every hour, minute and second, you risk loosing your life. In a blink of an eye you could loose a friend.
Oh Soldier, One day your selflessness will bear good fruits.
Soldier on soldier. It will get easy someday.
