Life isn't what it looks,
Life isn't what it shows,
Life isn't what we see,
Life isn't how we see,
Life is such a nasty thing,
It shoves away everything,
And makes us focus on only one thing,
To make ourselves a better being,
Life isn't a bed of roses,
Life isn't what it so poses,
Life isn't what we seem to know,
Life isn't what it seems to be,
Life is a bed of thorns,
Hurting every step,
Life is a bonfire,
Stepping will hurt,
Life is like a merry tale,
Which none of you have heard,
Life is like the sombre ale,
Which none of you have drunk,
Life gives a lot of chances,
You must not squander,
Life is a lot merciful,
You must not faulter.
