Have you ever had one of those days
When nothing seems to go your way?
Physically, mentally and emotionally flawed
And you can't point out the true cause
It wears on you hard making you stress
And before long your sinking getting depressed
Feeling discouraged frustrated and more
Lost at sea no sign of the shore
Waves to the left and waves to the right
And before long it's the pitch black of night
No sign of life or light to be seen
And you just keep hoping it's only a bad dream
Hoping soon that you will awake
And your jumbled self can take a break
And some get lucky and it was only a "Sandman Scare"
Just a lil' ole dreamland nightmare
But for others this is daily struggles and strifes
A little horrible thing known as LIFE!
