Life, as she knew it, opened up a lot of eyes.
The hurt she felt, The tears she cries.
Now picking up the pieces of a broken heart,
Tore, life as she knew it, apart.
She felt like the biggest fool,
Holding back her cool,
But eventually her heart will be repaired
And replaced, by someone who really cares.
Tracing back all that she knew,
And filling in the blanks, of losing everything to.
Sometimes, what you can't get back, will linger through.
And at that moment it will feel like everything is new..
She attached herself to the past she tried to let go.
Whatever it took, she had to know.
Starting over again without him by your side.
