Life doesn't offer everything

He and hunger had vowed long time ago
Not to break the bond between them
Like the branches of a tree to its trunk
They cling together most of the time
What amazed me was the envy of the rich
Who was staring at the empty handful
of nothing from the poor.
I didn't stare at nothing, Mr wisdom!
Rather I was looking at a precious thing in his kingdom.!
Which had eluded for years my affluent life
Was that barrenness of my dearly wife
The poor think we have everything
But actually the poor have everything
We have affluence but we seemed unhappy
Offsprings are happiness, they are real affluence
Frankly, life doesn't offer everything
I 've realized;
we must in life be denied something.
