A baby's hand holds on to it's parents for as long as they can.
Once they don't need them, the parents understand.
It's time they move on to bigger and better things in life.
A baby grows into a child,
Then a teen, calm or sometimes wild.
From a teen to an adult, and some day has a child of their own.
Or sometimes they live life, alone.
